Ordering system (OS)

The application has been implemented at the central level and it is to coordinate and supervise the process of demand registration and ordering taking place in case of individual departments, branches, units and areas from all over the country. The system offers also advanced authorisations which result in the ability to supervise the ordering process related to central purchases for all courts.

Reporting features can easily create a picture of demands and orders made at the level of a single user. Complex service and support for the users of the highest authorisation level can help them review every stage of the requesting and ordering process made by every, even the smallest organisational unit.

Market analysis and research (MA&R)

The system enables its users to collect and analyse information related to articles bought by judiciary units. The app provides access to data presenting the article prices and their sources (considering divisions according to the area of the research conducted).

Its main goal is to gather updated information about prices and origin sources of items and this can directly improve tendering processes. The app requires only a web browser and an active user account.

Asset management system (AMS)

The AMS application is used, first of all, for storing of the information on judiciary assets. It covers all types of real estates, land, buildings, rooms and devices, as well as intangible values. This is the only system designed for courts in Poland which enables the users to create a dynamic and flexible structure, individual for every judiciary unit.

The-state-of-the-art technologies make the application accessible for every court. It does not require additional installation and an active user account is enough to work with the app. Its dynamic structure and user friendliness are the reasons why the app quickly became very popular among other units.

Parcel Handling System (PHS)

Parcel Handling System (PHS) is an independent system used for order completion (understood as reporting of a number of parcels or shipments sent in the specific time) through data import or made manually, and used for complaints related to specific national and foreign parcels (with a unique number) sent to or by various courts in Poland. It introduces a barcode reader which facilitates trouble-free check of the parcels returned to judiciary units. The system offers also a possibility to print envelopes and generate collective reports related to the orders made

and complaints for one unit or the selected area. The main goal of the System is to improve communication process between post service suppliers and Centrum Zakupów dla Sądownictwa Instytucja Gospodarki Budżetowej (judiciary purchase centre). The app requires only a web browser and an active user account. The Parcel Handling System is integrated with some IT systems of the postal operator and is ready to cooperate with other IT systems.

Management Control System (MCS)

Management Control System (MCS) supports creation and execution of annual action plans. The plans consisting of goals and measurement tools enables its user management control and management support in judiciary units. At the same time, the system improves the whole process related to risk management: risk identification, as well as monitoring and control through preventive actions.

The system also generates a report which is an annual review of the plan execution. This report and the management control statement, which can also be generated in the system, are the basis to make annual settlements for individual units.

Budget planning & execution (BM&E) – module of contract management system (CMS)

CMS expansion is used to store information related to financial budget and its execution. The software calculations enable the users to design and control the Financial Budget in a precise way by means of: contracts, bookings and other financial documentation. The budget, divided into main categories and other types, helps review costs, revenues and balance sheets for specific periods (e.g. at the beginning of the year).

Net and gross payments influence graphic bars in a dynamic way, presenting progress of contract execution and fund reservations. The app offers a possibility to generate reports related to the whole budget structure, plans with predicted values, corrections and completions, as well as reports of the plan execution. The software was made with the use of the latest technologies which can operate on mobile devices.

Contract management system (CMS)

The most important goal of the application is to collect information on the contracts signed within specific units. The system enables the users to create contracts divided into stages, prepare framework agreements and connect payments and contract sections. The system extended functionality enables

the users to work with the data of a selected department, branch or unit. Payment and contract termination dates are presented in the schedule which can be accessed by all logged on users. The Contract Management System is a web-based application so it requires only a web browser, Internet access and an active user account.
